Our Flag!

Tonight we working Achievement #2 about the flag.  We talked about the Pledge of Allegiance, how to show respect for the flag, how to display the flag, the Arizona state flag, how to fold the flag, flag ceremonies, and how to raise the flag on an outdoor flag pole.  It was a busy night and the boys (11 of them!) were a bit wild but hopefully they learned a few things.  They passed off requirements 2a, 2c, 2d, 2e, and 2g. 

Cub Car Practice!

The boys had a great time practicing on the cub car tonight!  Everything went smoothly and they learned how to steer.  No injuries, so we consider it a success!  Thanks to Brother Hall, Brother Havey, and Brother Fuller who helped set up and take down and pulled the car up the ramp 27 times in 45 minutes!  And a very special thank you to Brother Brice who has worked tirelessly on this project for many months.   We are looking forward to the Blue & Gold Breakfast & Cub Car Races on February 9th!

January 2012 Pack Meeting

Wow!!! What an "award-winning" night:) I seriously can't remember a pack meeting being more "rewarding:" Haha! Seriously EVERY den tonight had obviously been working hard over the past 2 months since our last pack meeting. Our wolves were in charge of the flag ceremony:

All of the boys earned their bowling belt loop! There were a few beads and arrow points awarded too:)
