What a fun evening we had at our Blue & Gold Dinner! We were excited & overwhelmed with the amount of families that showed up. We had planned on 150 people and approximately 165 attended!
Our theme was luau, so Hawaiian Haystacks were on the menu. Thank you to everyone who contributed ingredients & cooked food.
Next up was the entertainment - hula hoop & limbo contests!
And last, but certainly not least, were the awards. We only had a few from our den but they were big ones! Joey received his Wolf. He actually earned it last fall, but it was never awarded. Thankfully there was no Twinkie choking incident this time!
And Brandon was awarded his Bear badge, but first he had to capture the bear, with a little help from his family.
It was a successful night and we are thankful to have such active and supportive cub scout families in our pack!
